Alabama Spelling Bee <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

What an honor it is to sponsor the Madison County Spelling Bee for over 50 years! Fifty-six students from across the area will compete to \u201cbee\u201dcome the Madison County Spelling Bee Champion. In addition to prizes given, one bright student will continue on to the <\/a>Alabama Spelling Bee<\/a>, vying for State Champion and then on to <\/a>Scripps National Spelling Bee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Club\/Circle K International Scholarships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Kiwanis club raises funds for Key Club<\/a> and Circle K International<\/a> (CKI) college scholarships every year through our annual Pancake Breakfast where promotional sponsorships banners are sold varying big to small banners that are hung at the day of the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Club Sponsorships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Kiwanis club supports Key Club<\/a> service projects, facilitate the Key Club meetings, provide mentorships and provide scholarships for the Key Club students. We launched and mentor the first STEM-based Key Club<\/strong> to support the development and implementation of technology and science-based solutions as service projects. Projects include vaccine monitoring systems<\/a> and tracking and training tools for the American Red Cross. We are currently sponsoring the following Kiwanis Key clubs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
